  • Q. How do I get updates for OzLINK and how much do they cost?

    A. Updates are delivered and installed automatically via the web. There is no additional fee for updates.

  • Q. If it is free, then why do I have a 15-day trial?

    A. With every OzLINK installation you automatically get full Plus subscription functionality for 15 days. Simply click on the Plus tab in OzLINK to try any of these features. After the trial period ends, the free features will continue to work as always.

  • Q. Can I try the features available with the Plus subscription before subscribing?

    A. Yes. Upon installation, you automatically get full Plus subscription functionality for 15 days. Simply click on the Plus tab in OzLINK to try any of these features. After the trial period, you may continue to use the free features.

  • Q. I need more than one Plus subscription. What are my options?

    A. In addition to the single user subscription, a 25-user subscription is also available for $39.95 per month.

  • Q. What are the "Data In" and "Data Out" buttons used for?

    A. These buttons are best described as intelligent Cut and Paste buttons. For example, when on the address validation screen, Data In will parse an address "Cut" from another document and place city, state and zip in the appropriate fields. When on the rating screen, Data Out will move one rate or all rates into the clipboard depending on what is highlighted in the output rate box.

  • Q. Is there a limit to how many transactions I can process in one batch?

    A. There is no limit. You can rate, validate, ship, rate, or track as many records as you want.

  • Q. I’ve installed OzLINK, but I do not see the UPS buttons in Excel. How do I enable them?

    A. Starting with Microsoft Office 2007, you need to select "Add-Ins" from the menu to see the buttons.

    A. The minimum fields required are state, zip, service and weight.

  • Q. Can I get both published and negotiated rates while processing a batch?

    A. Yes, as long as negotiated rates are enabled in OzLINK.

    A. To enable negotiated rates you must contact your UPS representative.

    A. Yes, as long as you have the origin city, state, and zip in your spreadsheet.

    A. The valid services are: Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express and Standard.

    A. Yes, along with rates you can also receive number of transit days, day of the week, arrival date and arrival time.
