Test your wireless internet connection

The top bar of  your device should show a double arrow without any x's when it is successfully connected:

Open Internet Explorer on  your device and try navigating to a website.  If your web browser cannot connect, please contact the person responsible for your wireless network or your device vendor for additional help before setting up OzLINK.

Once your device can get online through Internet Explorer you can test your connection to your server.  Your IT staff will likely have to do this for you.
  1. Set up a shared folder on the server where OzLINK Mobile will be installed and make sure it is accessible by other devices on your network.
  2. Navigate to the shared folder using your wireless device
  3. If you can access the folder, continue to installing OzLINK on your device.  If you can connect to the internet but cannot connect to your server, please contact your network administrator or your device vendor for additional help before setting up OzLINK.

Next Step:  Once you can connect to your server from your device, install OzLINK on your device.
