Wrong label is printing

 

Overview

The wrong label prints when processing a shipment with PC Postage.
This is likely due to incorrect or out of date PC Postage settings for your layout file locations.  This can happen when moving computers, changing file locations, or possibly when updating software.
 
 

Resolution

Open PC Postage.  In the menu, select Setup, then Domestic or International.  Confirm that the file locations for your layouts are correct.  You can view these layout files in DAZzle to confirm that they are the correct labels.  To choose a new layout file, click Browse next to the appropriate mail class, then find the file on your computer.  DAZzle stores layout files in its program folder by default.
