Label is blank or partially printing

 

Overview

The printer is producing a blank label or a partial label when processing a shipment with PC Postage.
This is likely due to incorrect printer setup settings in DAZzle.  This can happen when changing a label layout design, changing printers, changing physical label size, or adjusting other label and printer options.
 

Resolution

In DAZzle, open the layout that is printing incorrectly.  Confirm that the correct label type and size is selected by clicking the Layout menu, then Media.  Confirm that the correct printer and paper size are selected by clicking the File menu, then Printer SetupNOTE: If you make any changes to the layout or the printer setup, be sure to save your changes before trying to print agian.  Try a test print from the Printer Setup menu to see if your label is now printing correctly.  If you are still having trouble, refer to the detailed instructions in: Setting up DAZzle Label Layouts.
