Label does not print at all

Overview

The printer does not print at all when processing a shipment with PC Postage.  If your printer produces a blank label, please see: Label is blank or partially printing.
This is likely due to a physical connection problem, an incorrect or incomplete printer setup in Windows, or an incorrect printer selection in DAZzle.

Resolution

  1. Confirm that your printer is plugged in, connected to your computer, and turned on.
  2. Confirm that your printer has been installed in Windows and is using the most current printer driver.
  3. Try a test print from Windows.  If the Windows test print is successful, continue below.  If Windows cannot create a test print, please refer to the troubleshooting guide for your printer or contact technical support for your printer.
  4. Open DAZzle, then open the layout that is not printing correctly.  Click the File menu, then Printer Setup.  Confirm that the correct printer, paper feed, and paper size are selected.  NOTE: If you make any changes, be sure to save your layout before trying to print again.
  5. From the Printer Setup window, click Test Print to try printing from DAZzle.  If your label is still not printing, contact Endicia DAZzle support.
  6. If you can successfully test print from DAZzle but PC Postage is still not printing correctly, please see:  Wrong label is printing.

NOTE:  For more details and extra troubleshooting information, see the DAZzle help or contact Endicia support about DAZzle.
