Scale is not working correctly

 

Overview

Usually a scale can only be used by one program at a time.  If you would like to use your scale with multiple carriers (for instance UPS and FedEx on the same computer) you can use OzLINK Scale.  OzLINK Scale will automatically send weight information to your carrier software as you use OzLINK.  Your scale may be configured in your carrier software instead if you only use one carrier.  For more details, see: Use a Scale with OzLINK.
 
If you do not use OzLINK Scale
If you are not using OzLINK Scale, then your scale is connected to and configured through your carrier software.  Please refer to the help available through your scale manufacturer or your carrier if this is the case.  If you would like to start using OzLINK Scale to send weights to multiple carriers, see: Use a Scale with OzLINK.
 
If you use OzLINK Scale
  • Make sure OzLINK scale is running.  If it is not running, start it.  It should be a small toolbar on your screen that looks like this:
 
  • Click on the question mark in the OzLINK scale toolbar to make sure your settings match your scale.
