OzLINK could not find the transaction.
 
This window can appear if OzLINK is having trouble getting a transaction from QuickBooks.  Often this is due to a typo in the transaction number.  If you are sure the transaction number is correct, you can provide the transaction type and a date range so that QuickBooks can find the transaction more easily.

QuickBooks can more easily provide the transaction if it is provided a date range.  This is the creation date listed on the transaction you are trying to look up.
