Troubleshooting

 

Overview

If your issue is not listed below, many issues can be resolved by restarting your software or your computer.  Make sure your other software is running before you restart OzLINK.
 

Restarting your software/computer

  1. Quit QuickBooks
  2. Quit your carrier software (UPS WorldShip, for example)
  3. Start QuickBooks - wait for it to finish starting
  4. Start your carrier software (UPS WorldShip, for example)
 
If the procedure above doesn't work, you can try restarting your computer between steps 3 and 4 above, or refer to the other issues below.  If your trouble continues, contact Oz Development Support.
